Ok so I'm having this problem with my ac/heater where it's not letting me control the temp. so either it has to be full blast cold, or when I try to adjust the temp it'll be full blast hot. I've never been one to use either of them much, but has anyone had this problem before. thanks

 

Check the unit ribbon. It may be kink or lose

 

stupid question....where and how do i get to unit ribbon?
