Just recently bought both:

For tranny:
Mixture of 2 quarts Redline MT90 GL4 and 2 quarts Redline MTL 70W80 GL4
Whatever you get, don't get GL5, will mess up synchros

For differential fluid:
2 quarts Amsoil 80W90 synthetic gear lube

just did mine, transmission Redline MT-85 which is specificaly designed for the 350/370 trans, mixed with Redline lightweight shockproof.
Differential i did Redline 75w90 with 35% Lightweight Shockproof, but i have a Quaife lsd with 4.08 gears so im not sure u even need to change your diff fluid unless u have a vlsd then idk what most put in

Synthetic for tranny and diff.

Sticky at the top of this forum (https://my350z.com/forum/maintenance...intenance.html) - see last post in it. Links to two huge threads on diff and trans fluid replacements.
