Default Strange Window Problem

I have never heard of anybody having this problem, but the past couple of days my driver side window has been acting up. I have a viper system and my windows automatically roll up when I lock the doors. The past few days when locking the doors the windows would roll up and then the driver side window would roll back down about a 1/4 of the way. It did happen to me once when using the window controls from inside the car so it shouldn't be the viper. The motor sounds fine and it always goes down to the same spot. I do have an 03 so window motor is definitely possible but i don't see how that would be.

Any Ideas???

yeah this happened to me on the Drivers door too. It only happens when I use the auto feature to put it up...it goes up and comes back down. I've been told that you have reset your window motor but I don't feel like taking it all apart again. Now it's just stopped working again.

I've read plenty about window motor problems but never like this. More so clicking sounds, slow moving, or not working at all. must have looked over it
