Most likely just need to get your wheels balanced!

I would say it's either warped rotors or bad tires, but considering they're new, probably just the rotors.

Revive:

I had this due to

A) A warped wheel ( that was supposed to have been fixed) And balanced the new ones
B) My transmission mount was shot. ( at around 80mph the shifter would vibrate like all hell ( Up and down movement));

I acquired new wheels, and installed poly mount on the trans. Fixed the issue


Note: some shops have Coats balancers that only balance to about 65-70mph depending on rotating mass.
