Today as I was going home from the mall I got into my car and turned the key. All i got was kekekekekekekkeke and thats it. It just keeps going but doesn't turn over.
Now to rule out the common things, I got a new battery a month ago, I replaced all my cam and crankshaft sensor last year, I replaced my drive belts 6 months ago along with my spark plugs and I have been doing my oil change regularly.
I finally got it started half an hour later by rocking the steering wheel back and fourth while cranking and it caught. While driving it keeps dropping in rpm when coming to a stop. It goes from 700-500 and jumps to 1000 and back to 700.
It feels alright so it is not in limp mode or anything, also not a single code came up. Any ideas??

Have a Stillen for about 10k miles. No issues. I'm reading that its the ignition module. But I can't seem to justify shaking the wheel back and fourth would help it start?
