Headlight problems
I've searched but I couldn't really find an answer to my problem.
I have an 08 enthusiast with xenon. I've had my lights blacked out for almost four years now. No problem there at all. I noticed my driver side doesn't turn on some times. You have to turn it on, off and then on again and it'll stay on. Then I noticed last week that my passenger side bulb(8000k) turned pink so I kind of realized that the bulb was pretty much done. Once my passenger bulb completely went out, my driver side turns on without a problem every time. I just put in new bulbs today and now it doesn't really turn on. You have to turn it on and off for at least 10+ times for it to turn on and stay on. Or it will either turn on the passenger and the driver will not work or if the driver lights up, the passenger will be off. I've tested the connector and there is power going to it. Then with the meter, I went straight from the battery to the headlights and it works. When I tested the light again and when the passenger side turns on, there is no power to the driver side. I have no idea what is happening. The shop guy said it might be the ballast but he is not 100% sure.
Did anybody have this problem before or is there something else I should be checking??
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance
