Stubborn PO345 code
My 2004 350Z started loosing power and then started misfiring and the engine light came on. Checked the code, PO345 and replaced the driver side camshaft sensor. Did not correct the problem. Replaced the other camshaft sensor and again did not fix the problem. Replacing the camshaft sensors was done with parts from Autozone but did not work. Eventually both sensors were replaced with sensors from the dealer.
Someone suggested changing the battery that it might have low voltage and that did not solve the problem.
Now I am not sure what else to do. I read in the web that in some cases, replacing the crankshaft sensor takes care of the problem.
The car is misfiring a lot and I am afraid to run it for too long to read more codes.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?https://my350z.com/forum/images/icons/icon9.gif
