Default Clutch Not Disengaging

Hello,

I'm having an issue where my car grinds every gear (except reverse I think) unless I rev match.

I'm guessing that the clutch is still engaged.

Pedal feels fine, clutch isn't slipping.

Pilot bearing has been making noise for a while now, but every older Z I run into has the same rattle.

Car is a 2003 with 65,000 miles.

Should I bleed the clutch? (heard that's a nightmare) Change the fluid? Adjust a cylinder?

Any input is very much appreciated.

Thanks guys
