The clear lenses on the gauges have permanent spots that will not come out with anything.

Can I replace just the lenses or would I need to replace the entire gauges?

Please link me a write up on how to and also where to buy the parts from.

Don't think you can replace the lenses, the gauge cluster comes out in one piece I think. If it bothers you that much, you can get them off ebay by the dozen and they are under 100 bucks. Maybe buy one and list yours.
