Default having a slight problem

Hey guys, I own a 07 g35 coupe and the engine just got replaced under warranty since it was consuming oil. I told myself to change the clutch while everything will be opened up. I went ahead and purchased the Competition clutch Ultra Lightweight Flywheel and the JWT clutch. I got a call today from the dealer saying that the transmission is making a very loud noise and they're pretty sure it's not flywheel chatter. What do you guys think it could be? I forgot to ask them if they drove the car to make sure it's not flywheel chatter.

Edit: I had a brand new transmission installed 15000 miles a go

need to go check it out on Monday. Did some research and people are saying to lube the throw out bearing. Or to let it the bearing heat up and the noise should go back to a normal chatter noise.
