Your window motor is probably starting to go. Mine just started doing the same thing recently. I try to leave it up just a tad and that seems to do the trick, for now. If it's stuck all the way down, try slamming it shut while holding the switch in the up position to get it back up.

Lol, i wondered if that worked on every other Z. I feel like a bum when someone gets into the Z and puts the window down all the way...
