Unhappy PLEASE HELP!! Burnout gear slippage!! :(

This has happened twice now, I've done burnouts in other cars (not as much power as a Z tho). I rev up the motor, let the clutch out, and boom it pops out of 1st gear!! The car still drives fine and shifts smoothly in all gears.
Anybody know what this could be?
Am I revving it to high? Dumping the clutch to fast?? I can't figure it out.
As for the car it is a 2003 base 350z with Nismo exhaust, intake, UR unothadox pulleys. Please help!

I think you will find the answer there. Its a common problem during burnouts

The clutch seems fine, no grinding, shifts easily, 1st gear just pops out of gear.

That's normal. I think you just need to learn how to drive the car in a more efficient manner.

I think he knows how to drive a car. He wouldn't just be going out there and trying donuts.

Look, just try using higher revs and let the clutch out slower, its just having trouble gripping. You may have to hold the clutch partially depressed for it to hold - the Z has more power than most think

I figured some people would make a joke of it lol, oh well. But thanks for the advice davids, I'll try some new techniques. I've only had the car for a month or 2 so I'm still kinda getting use to it, not the first z I've driven though. Thanks for the advice

If you abuse a car it will break. Drag racers (legal racing) are keenly aware of this. It should be common sense for all members.

therein lies the problem; some have no common sense

No need for your douche bag comments. When I subscribed to this forum I thought it was to appreciate one another's Zs and help each other out when needed. Obviously I was mistaken bc all it is is flamers who have nothing better to do then hate on everyone else and their rides. Thx for the bullsh*t haha peace

well, you don't appreciate your Z because you abuse it so why should we help you. that sort of ricer stuff is frowned upon by real auto enthusiasts. just help youself; sell the Z and buy a car you can go impress the teenage girls at the local parking lot or high school with your "burnouts"

Just because a car is beat on doesn't mean it's not appreciated. HPDE guys do it all the time; doesn't mean they don't appreciate their cars.
