brand new 350z window motor no worky?

brand new 350z window motor no worky?
hey guys,
so first off, i have a 2008 z. both window motors are going to poop. passenger is the worst. so i bought two new ones from z1(not the ny one) they shipped out fast. got them here and followed VO's how to. reaplaced the old one with a new one. made sure i installed the correct one, and did the window did not move. tried the window reset, and no luck. so im at a loss here. so i am hoping someone else out there has had this and fixed it. thank you in advanced.
also let me add in that the window controls light up and the switch clicks, but it does not move at all... im at a loss here

I got a re-manufactured one from Rockauto. Worked once, then same problem as you. Clicked, but did not even budge. I exchanged it and the next one has worked perfectly. If you installed it correctly then it could just be a bad unit. I think it happens fairly often on the re-built units.

ok well i called z1, and they told me to check the itb something threw cipher to make sure the window is getting power. but the window switches have power, even the connection to the window motor its self. oh and i ordered a brand new window oem window motors.
