Error codes P2122 and P2138 - TB or pedal position sensor?

Error codes P2122 and P2138 - TB or pedal position sensor?
2004 Nissan 350Z Touring
Getting error codes:
P2122 throttle/pedal position sensor/switch D circuit low input
P2138 throttle pedal position sensor/switch D/E voltage correlation
My Dash is lit up like a Christmas tree and I am in low power mode/limp mode.
Did some research on-line and I believe I need an Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor

But i also saw somebody replaced their TB and it fixed the issue. I really want to get it right the first time. Any ideas?
