Default Loud Rattle

Hey I'm new to the forums here and i was wondering if anyone has had a rattling sound coming from under their Z. It rattles when idle and increases as i accelerate but only for a second. Almost sounds like something is bouncing around in the pipes. I have looked online for anything similar and have found things from rotten heat shields to loose nuts. as far as the heat shields, they are fine. Here is a vid of the sound. any ideas?

Check for Rattle Snakes!
Send Keanu Reeves under your car while you're driving to locate the problem

The first thing I would check when it comes to a internal rattle in a exhaust system
is the cats. How old is your Z?How many miles? Its common on many cars to have some
internals within the cats break loose (sounds like small rocks)after alot of miles.

It is a 2005 with about 100k and it does sound like it is coming from that area.

My 370 developed a really annoying rattle in the exhaust. It's worst at 600-750rpm and can't be heard above that. I'm pretty sure it's one of the baffles inside the silencer box broken loose. Does the rattle stop if you hold against the silencer box? If so, could be the same thing.
