Mevans, This is definitely not a “swap a few parts” home repair project. You need the services of a good body shop. There are some support and structural members behind that carnage that will also have to be dealt with. Hopefully the quarter panel that Sparkle mentioned, is not also sprung in front of the wheel arch (can’t see in your picture) and can be pulled and beaten back into shape. It’s not a bolt on piece as it’s intricately welded into the main bodywork. Replacing it is complicated. A 07 Roadster has quite a high value so it would be a bad investment to not repair it correctly. Visit several body shops to get a good idea of all your repair options.
If necessary, sell a few of the boyfriend’s vital organs to fund the repair. I can’t speak for everybody, but it’s been my experience that a good Z, (especially a Roadster) is easily worth a whole passel of boyfriends.
She'd have to be something spectacular, for me to leave my wife and soon to be two kids!
Visually 1800-2800 in labor/parts...that's if nothing below the skin is really damaged.
Good luck

Unless you're a seasoned autobody pro, there's no way you can replace the rear quarter panel correctly or well enough to make it look good - let alone factory. You should call your insurance and see what they cover. This is gonna cost a pretty penny.
