I was at a full stop and noticed my car shut off. when i tried starting it back up, it took about 5 seconds for the car to start up and now it has SES (Service Engine Soon), TCS OFF, Slip lights on.

anyone have any input?

Cam position sensor.
Check the codes from the CEL.

 

This happened to me before, ended up being a MAF sensor

 

thanks for the responses, had codes check, it was the cam position sensor.
took the car to the dealer for this recall.

dealer couldn't find anything, they called nissan and nissan didn't find anything and said would check the archives.

anything have any info on the recall?

 

i replaced mine myself bought sensor at kragen for about 70 bucks took like 5 min to switch out

 

same thing happened to me about 3 weeks after i bought my car (from a nissan dealership). they replaced it for free. i don't know if they replaced it for free because i had just bought it or the recall. but it took them 3 weeks, so if you could do it in 5 minutes i recommend that route.
