Angry Gwinett Place Nissan experience

I just wanted to let everyone know about my experience with Gwinett Place Nissan. I took my Z to them to fix it's tire feathering. My car had 5100 miles on it when I took it to them. I live in Florida but I have heard that the dealer here has a horrible service department, so while I was in Duluth for the holidays I took my car to Gwinett Place. I brought my car to them on a Friday and picked it up Saturday morning. When I first got in it Saturday morning I noticed that the inside smelled like gasoline and there was grease all over the drivers side door and scuff plates. I spoke with the service manager and he said he would have it cleaned up. They took it in the back for about 45 minutes. When it came out it was washed and the inside was clean. I think that they sprayed a whole bottle of new car smell in it. When I got back to my inlaws house I inspected the outside of the car and noticed that both front rims had been damaged during the tire swap. So I called the service manager back and he said to bring it back in. I had other plans for the afternoon so he told me to bring it to my local dealer and have them evaluate it. I took it to Hampton Nissan the first day I was home. They told me that they would try to get someone to fix the rims. After a week of not being able to get any wheel repairers to look at the rims, they decided to order two new rims. After they received the rims, Gwinett Place Nissan decided that they weren't going to pay for new rims. So finally yesterday, Hampton Nissan got a wheel repairer to look at the rims and fix them. Gwinett Place was kind enough to get me a rental car while my car was being repaired. I looked at the rims after they were repaired and they weren't in new condition. Visually they were fine, but to the touch they were still rough. So another call to the Gwinett Place service manager this morning, and he wants to know if I can drive the car 350 miles back to Duluth so he can look at the repaired rims.
I am extremely frustrated with Gwinett Place Nissan. If anybody takes their car there for service beware: They don't care about the customer. I hope that others have better luck than I did.

dude, they wrecked my car while it was in for service and refused to take responsibility! (but thats ok, because nissan usa gave me $150 credit to make up for it.)

I recommend Sutherlin Nissan to the local atlantans. Plus they are a big Z club supporter.

I have still not gotten any satisfaction from Gwinett Place about my rims. They say that they can't do anything unless I bring the car back to them. My front tires are already making noises again. I looked at them and they are already starting to feather, 900 miles after it was "fixed". They obviously did a good job with the alignment at Gwinett Place. Maybe I will get two new front tires out of this.
