Default Clutch going out

I was wondering if anyone knows about how much it should reasonably cost to get a clutch replaced? How many shop hours? Car is still perfectly drive-able if I keep the RPMs low so I don't think I've done any extensive damage. Just kind of curious as I head out to get quotes. Thanks!

I have a HR and had my clutch, flywheel and slave replaced this past weekend. PowerFab Automotive in Houston did the work. When I called they quoted me for a 4 hour job @ $450 but gave me a discount since I work for one of their suppliers.
