Default P0507 code trouble

Ok soon a nut shell I recently cleaned my throttle body with some Toyota throttle body cleaner . I took off the intake and cleaned it with a terry cloth towel . I also cleaned behind the throttle plate which I'm not sure I should have touched because these are my end results .

After starting the car I realized after full operating temp my idle was around 1200 rpm I drove around for about 30 mins and was rev hanging like crazy then threw a ses light . I looked it up and wound up doing a throttle relearn reset . Afterwards that day for a few hours all was running fine idled normal again and the light was off . A few hours after restarting the car I drove around some more and the light was back along with the idle now being at 9-1100 rpm at idle . Does this mean I need to replace ? I don't get it how it went back to its faulty ways again . Any advice would be much appreciated I'm just not sure if maybe I messed up the throttle plate when trying to clean behind it . Thanks
