Exclamation Throttle Body Sensor HELP!

I recently took off my intake manifold and i took off the throttle body sensor so i can give it a cleaning because i had jerking problems recently so after i put everything back together when i start my car it idles around 1,000. When i drive it and i let go of the gas pedal my rmps drop to 1,000 and jump to 1,500 then back to 1,000. I heard it could be a vacuum leak but i checked and came up with nothing. Then i heard that i need to do a re learn on the throttle body sensor. I just disconnect the battery for about a day still nothing. Can someone give me a little advice and point me to the right direction. Anything is much appreciated!
