I push my clutch in turn on the car ... clutch feels normal has full pressure & doesn't stick to the floor!!
Car is in first gear, I let off the clutch & my car doesn't stall it stays running as if the clutch Is being held down ???
I can freely & smoothly shift into gears with no grind even tho Im not pushing the clutch down !?
Anyone have an idea what it is ?/:

that's a tell sign of a clutch needs to be replaced. take it to a trust worthy transmission shop and have them inspect it immediately.
