Default SRS Airbag module removal question.

Hi everyone,

I need to send my SRS module to reset since i had my curtain aribag and seat one deploy.

New bags are already installed since a while ago.

My question is: Can i use my car with the module out? and is there a special procedure to get the module out other than waiting 3 minutes after removing the battery?

I dont wanna lock anything up or have issues with my NATS codes getting erased (read that somewhere)

Thanks!

Well to whoever is intrested.

I removed the srs module after leaving the battery unplugged for a couple of minutes and car starts fine without it. no issues so far. Now i gotta send the module for the hardcodes to be deleted.

Where did you send your module to get hardcodes deleted?
I have the same problem and a permanent airbag light on cause of the side driver seat airbag being deployed.
Thanks
