Default 7 Advanced Timing SES codes

Hello,
Since I bought my 2006 350z 2 months ago I have had 7 timing codes all for bank 1 and 2 over advanced. I have checked all wiring and sensors and still no luck. All the codes are for Camshaft Positioning Accuators over-advanced.
I replaced
1. Both Solenoids
2. Both Camshaft and Crankshaft sensors
3. Magnet retarders and gaskets
still no luck. If I delete the codes then drive the car, 3 codes P0011, P0014, and P0021 come back on within a minute. But the other 3-4 codes take about 20 miles to pop on, along with the Check Engine light.
My car runs slow in limp mode when the codes are there. But after i delete them it HAULS until it comes back on. I also can't drive without traction control off because then the SLIP light comes on and I have no power to my pedal.

Upon more resurch I have come down to these solutions. Only issue is all these parts are costly and im running low on cash to fix the problem.

1. The Timing tensioner o-ring went bad
2. VCT Sprocket needs to be replaced.
3. The ECU needs to be replaced
4. The flywheel...The flywheel is related to timing because if the flywheel is for the DE motor not the HighRev motor I have then the toe ring can cause the timing to be incorrect from the sensors I have read.

Any solutions?

Also forgot to mention. The oil change was the first thing I tried. I tryed 5-30 full Synthetic and 10-40 Full Synthetic. Using a Mobile one High Performance Filter. My car also has an oil cooler on it.
