Default Radiator won't turn off

So today i was going to work and the radiator kicked in and it wouldn't turn off on the way there, then when I got off and was on my way home, it was on the whole time, after the car got all warmed up. It's 2005 with about 77000 miles. The coolant in the radiator was full the last time i checked it. Coolant in the overflow tank was at min. What do you guys think???

The FAN is staying on,right?
Its a sensor problem if the coolant gauge is normal.
