Default Why is it taking a few cranks to turn on

2003 MT 6sp. Touring Z.

I recently had a problem where the car would take a few turns of the key to start. From searches on the site, I eventually replaced my Neutral Safety Switch right under the clutch pedal.

However, after replacing I still have the problem where it would take 5-10 turns with the key for the car to start.

BUT the thing is, I noticed that if I'm on a slight incline/decline and let it roll a few and crank it while its rolling, the car starts every time.

Whats up?

Cheers,
T
