Default Help w Fixing Previously Wrecked Car

I am new to this site n need of a tech please!!! I bought a 350z that was wrecked just underneath. I traded bobcat work for someone to repair it. they did the body work. then told me I needed a new motor so I got a junk yd motor, then they took to Nissan . Nissan said they needed a new computer so I got one out of a running car same comp. I got him to bring the car to me so I could work on it myself. I did not have a shop at the time I traded the work out. Now I do. I had the car started by using either but would not continue to run. Nissan said the fly wheel was possibly warped. I checked w indicator its fine. Any ideas on what the problem may be?? Could it be the fly wheel is out 180 degrees
