Default 2003 350z, unknown parts identification.

I'm in the middle of a head gasket replacement on my '03 350z, somewhere along the way these parts fell out of something as I found them on the floor at who knows what stage of dis-assembly.

I put a dime in the picture for size comparison. Two small cylinder shaped parts with a black plastic brace around a very fine screen, one closed end one open. As well as a single tiny metal pin-looking object. I have no idea if they're related to one another but they were found in the same area on the floor. I have scoured the internet and the Haynes manual for any sort of hint as to what these are and where they belong. I'm kind of stuck here ready for re-assembly but I can't really do anything until I know where these go.

Hoping someone can help! Thanks.

If I remember correctly, the screens go to your secondary timing chain tensioners.
