convertible top

My 2004 top won't close the lid will open but the top will not move ..any suggestions

Thx I found the problem.... Just had to reset to button on the back of the passenger seat

my top will go almost all the way down to the point of the fiberglass cover to retract over it but stops and will not go any further.Anyone had this problem?
