Convertible Top Wont Unlatch

Convertible Top Wont Unlatch
Does anyone have any solutions for this?
It recently wouldn't close all the way down,
Car wouldn't latch into place
I however reinstalled a spring that came loose and got it to attach. However, now it won't detach from this section.
Is this a 5th bow problem?
The dealership straight up didn't know how to access that section of the car.
Any advice would be great.
