P1610, P1612 and U1001
I have a 2003 Nissan 350z 6 seep Manual. The other day I woke up, it was running fine the day before and the car would just not start. The engine cranks fine but will not start. I ran a diagnostics on the ECU and the codes I received back where the following... P1610, P1612 and U1001. Now I believe the codes P1610 and P1612 are related to a NATS Malfunction witch is a Nissan Anti-Theft System issue where the keys have to be reprogrammed to the car. I believe the other code U1001 is related to the NATS malfunction, some sort of communications error but I am not sure any suggestions? Also my main question is also my windows will not roll down my interior lights don't seem to be working and my headlights turn on whenever I have the key turned in the ignition (they are not automatic head lights). Could these all be related to the NATS malfunction or do you think there is other issues as well? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance...

Check Angie's List or Yelp! if you're looking for a well-reviewed local shop. Electrical issues can be a *B* to diagnose, so you might be better off taking it to a dealership so they can hook it up to a Consult tool to see what's up. The car's 13-14 years old. Things are bound to start going wrong at this point, so you kind of have to pay to play.

found the problem connector E9 @ 48,49 dirty and or loose, cleaned tightened works great, off to get some dielectric grease to slow some of those problems of an aging car.
