Default Upper Oil Pan Removal?

This weekend I'll be working on my upper pain since the oil pressure sending unit cracked by over tightening. Does anyone know a good method or fastest method to get the upper oil pan off? I've heard many different method but I would like to know the fastest or easiest. As well as any new things like o rings do I need?
It's a 03 Nissan 350z

Thanks in advance +1

Edit: is there a certain bolt sequence and torque spec for the upper portion?

I wouldn't take too many shortcuts on this project. The information you need is in the FSM, which you can download [HERE].

Also, for what it's worth, I'd recommend Hondabond High-Temp Silicone Liquid Gasket for the parts that need to be re-sealed. Your local Nissan Parts guy or Courtesy Nissan should be able to tell you which parts you'll need.
