Default Replacing clutch and flywheel

Hello all
I'm new to the forum world and I'm seeking some help
I'm currently in the middle of buying my brother in laws 04' 350z
Now, the mechanic told him that the clutch is pretty much almost done for and the flywheel needs to be resurfaced.
My plan is to just buy everything new and replace it myself rather then take it to the shop
I'm pretty good around cars but I'm not a transmission expert or anything like that
If anyone can help by posting pictures or if there are any links to show me what exactly I need to do step by step that would be greatly appreciated
Oh, and well I'm down there is there any other parts or gaskets or anything like that I should replace???
