SPL Subframe Bushings. Shims or No Shims?

If my understanding from the instructions I dont put any shims front or rear if my car is lowered. its not slammed, car is meant for drifting but its not OEM height.
Anybody that has spl bushings know the correct thing to do. Thanks.

anybody have an answer? i called z1 and the guy legit acted like he had no idea what shims on the spl bushings i was talking about lmao smfh.
