Need part numbers/source for rear hub/bearing assembly

Need part numbers/source for rear hub/bearing assembly
My rear wheel has a fair wobble in it, wheel it's self is straight which probably means a new hub and or bearing assembly.
Does anyone happen to have after market part numbers and possible sources for these please?
