I recently bought a 2003 350z enthusiast. When buying the car it ran just fine but had low oil pressure. But today anytime I accelerated somewhat quick the car would shake ( mostly in pedals and shifter) and eventually the service engine and oil light came on for a few minutes. If anyone knows what this could be it would be greatly appreciated.
