I really need help with an issue that's happening with my coil pack not receiving communication from the ECU on cylinder no.3. They checked the continuity from the ECU to the coil pack and it's fine as well as the ground. I have a utec piggyback and I'm wondering if it's that or the ECU or anything else which I have not checked. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.

I have swapped around the coil pack and it is firing on other cylinders and also the spark plug and the injector.
