Default Need help--error--p1065

I could really use some help! My car will not start ( won't even turn over ). When I turn the key I get a single loud click sound. I checked for codes and only found p1065 I am unsure how to go about diagnosis this problem and fear bringing it to a shop will result in a very large bill. I'd like to know how to go about solving my problem. Has anyone ever dealt with a situation like this?

Not exactly a friendly way to respond but I appreciate the response. I have tried to reset my ecu with no success. And I have read as much as I could find on this code. It would be helpful if you or someone knew exactly where the power and ground for the ecu ran so I could follow them back and see if I find a short or any sign of a cause.

It was a pain to find the new link (the old one no longer pulls up the .pdfs). That's my public service announcement for the year.
