Default Any clutch/transmission gurus in here?

Ok ive been having problems with my throw out bearing for quite some time now. The problem is everytime i push the clutch in all the way i get this whirring sound. Also happens right before and after engagement when shifting. I have replaced it 3 times now and it usually is good for a while then goes bad again but this last time it went bad almost immediatly after, like two days after. Adjusted the pedal and it was good for about another month. Basically everything was replaced, it has a new clutch master, clutch slave, jwt clutch, jwt flywheel, jwt pressure plate (not pertaining to this problem) then new bearing, new sleeve but i never replaced the fork or the pivot ball. So basically my question is could the fork and/or pivot ball be causing my throw out bearing to prematurely wear out? Thanks in advance and sorry for the book. This is probably my first post ever also lol.

Whoops i may have posted in the wrong place before but i found where it goes now. I dont post much lol.

Ok ive been having problems with my throw out bearing for quite some time now. The problem is everytime i push the clutch in all the way i get this whirring sound. Also wanted to say that i have spent hours searching, probably almost enough hours to equal a day.

I'll bet you changed everything except for the 18" steel-coated hose to the throwout bearing or sleeve.
Mine was bad and I should've spent the $15-20 it cost. Instead, I bought a new throwout bearing and paid (again) to have it installed with the same result.
Then I ordered the hose and installed that myself in the Kroger parking lot where it had crapped out last.
Worked great then.

Hard to diagnose without putting hands on; however, yes, a bent/deformed clutch fork or wrong size pivot could indeed cause damage to a T/O bearing. If it's causing the bearing to be pressed in a manner that's not perfectly symmetrical or aligned with clutch, sure, it could be damaged and contribute to odd whirring noises when moved. Lots of forces at work there.

But, big question.... was the bearing bad before clutch replacement or did it show up only after?

Steel coated hose? The stainless steel braided line that goes to the slave cylinder?

it only showed up after clutch replacement. It still has the original clutch fork and pivot ball. Car has 170k on it.
