Default Engine stand

Not sure where to post this so if its in the wrong spot im sorry. But i picked up a used engine over the weekend to start building (first engine build im attempting). Anyways, when i got the engine on the engine stand, only the top holes and holes to the left are threaded. So i was wondering how everyone else mounted their engine because right now its only being held up by 3 bolts and that kinda scares me

You have to buy a nut and bolt for the 4th position.

That's if you're worried about it. I usually just stick the 4th arm over the dowel.

What size bolts did you need to purchase to mount your engine in the stand?

Nice thanks, what did you use for the other 3 bolts?

Just the ones you removed from the transmission?
