Having my valve covers and gaskets replaced next week, while they're all up in the engine, anything else you guys recommend checking or replacing besides plugs and coils?

I had the plugs and coils replaced like 2 years ago, when they discovered oil on cylinder 2 plug. I forgot what exact type of NGK plugs I had installed, I think they were iridium IX or the platinum laser ones. IDK...anyway, is it ok to have two different types in? Same question for coils
I used 6 "replacement" coils from autopartswarehouse.com
I was thinking of having 1-2 hitachi coils ready to replace if they need to be.
