Default Need help car will not crank

K so here is the back ground
2004 350z track 6 speed
installed a aps st kit
A few weeks back I started the car, one of my fuel line busted and leak fuel onto the headers and caught fire lol yeah fire
the fire burnt the engine wiring harness
I got a new harness and cleaned everything up got a new ipdm as well.
the issue is when I get into the car to start it it will not crank
I do hear the fans kick in that tells me the ecu is not getting power, I check the ecu and I have 12v when the key is not in the ignition. When I put the key in and turn it I do get power to the main power wire to the ecu put I do get power to the other two wires for the ecu.
I also check the nats when I try to start the car the red light on the dash is sold red.
will the NATS system stop the car from even cracking? Or is my ecu fried? At this point I'm stuck lol thanks for your help

nats will allow the starter to turn the engine over, just stops the coils from firing.

Fans on is a bad sign...get that ecu checked out if you can get it powered up and the fans still come on/no crank.
