Default Header to CylinderHead issue- wtf

hey so I've noticed a little bit of splatter in my engine bay and an accumulation of build up in certain areas around the front part of the engine and a little bit toward the back Haven't been able to track down where it was coming from, but I saw this...

looks like the header on both front sides of the engine are separating away from the head.

What's up with that? I've never seen this and couldn't really find anything online. Any thoughts or recommendations are welcome

Tighten up the bolts... Why is red junk between their? Maybe whoever installed them used rtv for some reason and its burned out and now has the gap.

Yeah. Know right. It doesn't sound crazy. I bought the car from a kid in December and am trying to get it all back to normal
