Default Full throttle rpm rev high and holds back the power?

i have an 06 grand touring manual. I had to replace the master cylinder because i had the halfway pedal issue and so when i bled it i wasn't able to bleed it all the way, there is still an inch or so after the clutch catching point where it gets stuck. Before i replace the master something would happen when i applied full throttle which would be the rpms would shoot up around an extra 1k, so say i was at 3k rpm and i would apply full throttle it would shoot up instantly to around 4k and then go down and then is when the power would kick in. Im not sure if the clutch is slipping but it feels like the clutch is still engaged or something?? what could this be, it does it in any gear.

If you are flooring the gas and the rpm shoots up with out the tires spinning and you aren't accelerating as normal, your clutch is slipping and needs replacement.

Confirming what others said in case you want a 3rd opinion. Clutch disk is worn.

Stop full throttling it until you can replace it. It will completely go in short time.
