Default No Throttle Response When in Gear

Hello, this is my first post and have been hesitant to post due people spamming the search button lol.

Anyways, I have done a good amount of research here and other forums and have to began to gather somewhat of an idea. Just would like to gather any opinions. So the issue I am having is when I am in gear i have no throttle response (Cant rev for anything). My car moves, but very very slowly. Now, when I am in neutral I can rev no problem and immediate response. This all is new to my Z since my ownership (1 1/2 years). This happened 3 times all in the same day. The no throttle response while in gear came and left the first 2 times. The 3rd time, it has stayed in this no response phase. Not sure where to look at, I just had myZ towed to my house. I say 4 months back I got a SES light and it came back referring to my throttle body (do not remember the exact code). There were times where my idling would feel weird while at a stop. I say a week later the SES light went away on its own and I haven seen/felt anything sense then. Now a month ago, I had a P1078 and P0340. I went to my local Auto Zone and replaced my CPS and VVT. The SES light went away after that. During this I started leaking oil right after replacing my VVT (But thats a whole different issue). Most recently, I had P0011 come up. I had the code cleared to see if it would come back.150+ miles since, not come back yet. Anyways, any help or tips would be greatly appreciated! I can provide more details if needed.

Anybody wondering, I guess my alternator was the issue somehow. My battery was no holding a charge. I replaced the alternator and now my car is running fine.
