Default Wont Crank/ Starter wont Click

The car won't crank/starter won't click. There is no power to the small wire(S terminal I believe) on the starter, there is power to the large wire though.

~Battery has power. Jumping does nothing.
~The ignition switch has power when trying to turn over the car.
~Switching relays (and checking them) all work fine.
~Tested the block for a bad ground and checked out fine.
~I also am pushing in the clutch switch manually as the stopper broke during this whole issue.
~Bench tested the starter.

It is as if I'm not pressing in the clutch switch when trying to start it.
The car was having issues starting months ago and just recently I have been in good enough health to work in the garage again, It started once and won't start again a few days ago.

Any help would be appreciated!
I made a thread a few days ago about a burning/smoking issue in the engine bay, turns out there was more oil on the rear of the block from a spill.. Not related to this issue.

Have you tried the spare key?

I think a damaged / non-compliant NATS key will still allow the starter to roll-over

Did you check fuses/relays

Sadly I never received a spare key years ago when I bought it. The Red alarm light goes away witht he keys inserted.

I have checked all the fuses/relays relating to the ignition/starter. I'm wondering if it could be the IPDM giving me issues?
This guy seemed to have the same issue as me and it turned out to be his IPDM.

I checked a few more things..
The manual safety switch receives no power when cranking.
The starter Relay.. Using a test light, only one pin has voltage when cranking, no other pin has voltage. I'm unsure on how to test the IPDM though..

You are correct. I have seen it happen once though when all else failed. Transponder chip in the key went bad, spare started the car right up.

So this is stupid. After pulling the fuses and relays to test the ipdm,I found the starter fuse blown. I must have grabbed a wrong fuse when I checked the starter fuse before. Big headache over something little, but at least it starts again. I'll make sure to check the simple stuff twice now.
