My check engine light for my o2 sensor came back not too long after I replaced it and cleared it. I drove it for about 30 minutes and it came back. Anyone know why or how to fix this?

This car is known to be pretty picky with electronic parts. Did you replace with Denso or Hitachi? Last I heard Bosch will work also. If you got a generic I'd replace with one of these.
Is it upstream/sensor 1 or downstream/sensor 2?

I could be wrong but I think that's the problem. If you want to save $120 you could swap that sensor to the opposite bank, clear the code and see if the code follows the new location. Alternatively you could get an OEM ( I think Rockauto.com has them cheap) and be done with it, assuming it's not a harness problem.
