Uprev standard

I was wondering how long it took to get the tune back from uprev included in the uprev standard. I have emailed them and I was wondering how long it would take to get a email back. Thank you!

They say right on their site 2 weeks but it can be more....

They say at most 2 weeks but I haven’t got mine yet so I don’t know

Unfortunately it is what it is... I've had many guys cancel their order with uprev and have me do the tune due to their delays and lack of communication
