Default crinkling sound under car after driving

i have a crinkling/tinkling sound from around the exhaust underneath the car. i think its from the heat (you know, kinda after driving a long distance) but after 2 miles??

i just took my z out of storage last week. my question is can it maybe condensation in the exhaust still?

thanks

well i have a i think the same problem. It is a noise metal on metal jingling around in the exhaust and i found out what it was. this may apply to you guys or not. The exhaust has medal bars welded to the exhaust for support and one of the small bars on mine is detached from the car so its banging up agaisnt the other metal, easy fix just needs a lug nut to go onto the screw and put it back into its slot.

actually my noise was not "metal expanding" like i said it was a bolt lost and metal and metal was making the noise which i have fixed the prblem now.

I think you can deduce from his post, that he was referring to when the car was off and sitting. Why would a bolt make noise if the engine was off

no it made noise when i started the car all the time non stop just a little rattle from here and there. But what i was saying it was a certain bolt not hooked on properly which is why it was rattling, so I fixed it and it stopped. All i was saying is it wasnt metal expanding.
