Default Strange Lug Nuts go Bye Bye

My front wheel lug nuts went bye bye... I can't figure out why. The real strange part is the posts that the lug nuts screw on (2 of them) are complete gone. I was driving last night and my wheel started making a very strange clicking noise. I thought I had caught a flat tire. Turns out three of my lug nuts were completely gone I had one in the car luckily and screwed one back on but the posts are completely gone on the two others. Anyone know if getting these posts put back on would require a whole new drum assembly or can the posts themselves be replaced.

go to napa, and get wheel studs for a 90-96 maxima. just about any nissan actually, but I use that when asking for them because they don't have a listing for the Z yet. Anyway, they are under $2 apiece. take the wheel off, and bang the old ones out from the back. Then get some washers, (About 1/4" thick worth) that are big enough to fit over the new stud. Place the stud in the hole from behind, put the washers on the front, and tighten a lugnut on the new stud. Its best with an air wrench, but could probably be done by hand. Tighten it all the way and the new stud will be 'pressed' into place. I've replaced 3 of them, its no real big deal.

Any tire store can do it too, my first one, they charged me $50, but I was pressed for time and needed it asap.
